TASC : An Airbus subsidiary, specialised in second hand aeronautical parts and equipment, as well as marketing and sales for all aircraft disassembled equipment (including repair management), except for CFMI equipment. TASC is also a counsel in aeronautics, devising strategies for the development of airlines.
SITA FRANCE is part of the SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT group and employs over 19 300 people in France, who work for 3 100 local authorities and 52 000 industrial or commercial companies. Its activities cover the complete waste management industry: collection, sorting, valorisation, treatment of non dangerous or dangerous waste (except nuclear waste), solid or liquid, as well as industrial maintenance. Created in 2006, the Recycling branch groups specific expertise in treatment and valorisation of end-of-life material (plastic, rubber, metal…) and products (WEEE, ELV…) and handles the commercialisation of this secondary raw material.

EQUIPAERO INDUSTRIE is specialized in design, manufacturing and maintenance of aeronautical equipment, as well as repair and equipment recertification of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, on all types of civil and military aircraft. The group comprises 2 subsidiaries: EQUIP’AERO TECHNIQUE for design and manufacturing of aeronautical equipment (Airbus, Microturbo, Turbomeca, Dassault and Safran-Aircelle); EQUIP' AERO SERVICES, the original company, specialised in maintenance of aeronautical equipment and auxiliary power units (A.P.U - engines). EQUIP' AERO INDUSTRIE aims at taking an active part in the management of “end of life” aircraft and engines, by putting its know-how and versatility at the service of TARMAC AEROSAVE.
AEROCONSEIL is an international aeronautics service company, specialised in high added-value technical services. Its offer is organised around two centres of expertise: Aeronautic Engineering & Systems and Air Transport Services. It offers its services to all the players in the aeronautics and airline sector: manufacturers, owners, operators, equipment manufacturers, etc… throughout the aircraft’s life cycle. With its PART 145 agreement, AEROCONSEIL has developed expertise and in-depth knowledge regarding the requirements of aeronautic regulations.
