We are looking for a Project Manager on a temporary contract for our site in Teruel
The Project Manager will supervise and coordinate all interventions (human and technical) on the aeronautical maintenance site in accordance with the objectives (costs and deadlines).
Responsibilities :
Project management:
Define the necessary means (resources and equipment) with the Technical Site Manager.
Ensure the coordination of the means implemented with all internal and external stakeholders in the project (supplies, flow of equipment).
Ensure respect of the project budget (costs, MO, materials, equipment and subcontracting).
Apply corrective measures to remedy any deviation from objectives
Ensure compliance with project procedures
Organise and conduct the site review meeting
Supervise the drafting of work reports and participate in the preparation of invoices
Lead the site preparation meeting
Liaise with the client's representative
Develop the "client culture" and ensure client satisfaction.
Draw up, propose and negotiate estimates for additional and/or complementary work, for labour, materials, equipment repairs or subcontracting; propose, if necessary, an adjustment of the deadline for the execution of the work.
Take into account possible disputes or complaints from clients.
Manage a team:
Leading, directing and controlling the work of your team.
Set objectives and encourage employees to achieve them.
Effectively pass on information and instructions and encourage feedback
Ensure compliance with labour laws and collective agreements.
Required profile :
Aeronautical engineer or equivalent / 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Experience in the field of aeronautical maintenance. (Part 145)
Autonomous, adaptable, rigorous, organised, attentive to the customer's needs.
Essential language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level
