Quality Manager



Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, the Quality Manager ensures Quality compliance, prevention and monitoring at the Teruel site at regulatory level (part 145). Management of staff skills, as well as the interface between the company and external actors during audits. To carry out his functions, he will have a team of two Quality representatives, in addition to the support of the central team and Quality management in functions such as management of the Quality system and Quality issues related to suppliers.


- Advise plant personnel as a regulatory expert.
- Manage licenses and authorisations related to Part 66.
- Manage Quality representatives.
- Ensure that the group's Quality policy is implemented in the Teruel plant. Propose continuous quality improvement actions.
- Promote the quality and operational safety system at the Teruel plant and implement the quality culture.
- Ensure the interface between the company and customers/authorities in the framework of audits.
- Perform internal audits/inspections and prepare the corresponding reports.
- Conduct quality surveys on events or incidents, prepare the corresponding reports and transmit them to the Plant Manager and the Quality Manager.
- Define and monitor containment, corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and instructions.
- Ensure the monitoring of the Teruel base, as well as the transmission of the corresponding information/reports.
- Carry out awareness-raising activities for employees.
- Participate in the maintenance and modifications of aeronautical certifications (part 145 and others) and ISO 9001/EN 9110 certifications.



Profile
- Master in quality management or equivalent, Aeronautical Engineer (Superior, technical, degree or master) or degree in Aeronautical Management.
- 5 years experience in quality management in an aeronautical maintenance activity, base or line.
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (Part 145).
- Knowledge of EN 9100 standards.
- Aptitudes: Methodical and organised, flexibility and adaptability, analysis and synthesis, relational facility, rigour.
